Questions
Where do I find the MAC address and device key?
Open Amm Player on your TV or phone. Both are on its start screen and in Settings, About. Scanning the QR code there fills in the MAC address for you.
I added a playlist. When does it show on the TV?
Within a minute, while the app is open. Opening the Playlists screen or restarting the app picks it up at once.
My playlist does not open or stops working.
The app says why when it can: an expired subscription, a wrong login, or a server that does not answer. Check the details with your provider, then edit the playlist here or in the app.
How long can I use Amm Player for free?
Seven days from the first start. After that, buy it once for your device here to keep using it.
